Who you really are at your core? and what's next for you?
My Clients are Artists
Did you know that you're an artist?
Whether or not you paint with actual brushes and colours, you’re constantly creating, shaping, and reimagining the story of your life.
When I work with my clients, I ask them to paint me a picture, visualise their life as a scene with details, characters, and emotions.
This is Why My Client Choose Me as Their Guide
Because stories hold power. They help us uncover the deeper layers of what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Often, we don’t fully understand our own stories. We might think we know what's happening, but it’s only when we step back, observe, and describe the details that we can begin to grasp the bigger picture. That’s where real insights start to emerge.
The Power of Perspective
One of the most common reasons people struggle with the same issues over and over again is because they’re stuck in a single perspective. When we don't explore other angles or ask the right questions, we fail to see what’s truly behind the problems we face.
Many times, the root of the challenge lies in our beliefs.
Our beliefs drive everything we do, whether we realise it or not. Even the smallest actions can reveal the values we hold dear. When we start to examine these beliefs, we gain clarity on whether those actions truly align with who we are, or who we are aspiring to be.
The Role of Alignment in Overcoming Challenges
When there’s a disconnect between what we do and what we believe, it creates tension. This misalignment is often why we feel stuck or keep facing the same obstacles.
To begin moving forward, we need to talk about the things you’ve been through, the experiences that have shaped your life. We explore the decisions you’ve made, why they made sense at the time, and why some of those choices may no longer fit who you are today. It’s important to recognise that what made sense in one chapter of your life might not make sense in this new one.
And that’s okay.
Blog: Understanding your Progress
The Evolution of Our Beliefs and Actions
Love is a great example of how our actions often stem from old beliefs.
Think about the things you’ve done or decisions you’ve made based on ideas that made perfect sense at the time. But as you grow, those ideas don’t always evolve with you. Your beliefs may change, and with that, the way you live your life should, too.
This reflection gives you the chance to update your internal map and ensure your actions match the person you are becoming.
My Journey and Understanding Motivation
My own journey has shaped how I help others.
I’ve had to ask myself the same questions I now ask my clients. After my A levels, I dropped out of school when I should have been heading to university.
Why? I realised I didn’t truly understand why I was doing what I was doing. My motivation was unclear, and that lack of clarity became the driving force behind my desire to study psychology. I wanted to understand why we do what we do, what drives us, and what truly motivates us.
Fast forward to 30-year-old me, sitting in an auditorium with Edward Deci*, a pioneer in the study of motivation, who has explored the difference between external and internal motivation. Sitting next to him just before his lecture on motivation, I couldn’t help but reflect on my own quest for understanding what interests me, what doesn’t, and why. That moment showed me how when we consciously work on a belief, we manifest situations like that.

That quest has guided much of my work with clients today. The more clearly you live your values, the faster and more naturally, your vision becomes a reality.
